When will my firearm be available for pick up?
You may have received a notification from where you purchased your firearm to be transferred that it has been delivered. This does NOT mean that it is ready for pick up. We typically have them ready in a few hours but the process can take up to 2 business days.
What can cause a delay in me obtaining my firearm?
Make sure the FFL or person that is sending us a firearm has packaged it correctly and safely so there is no damage. Also, if coming from an FFL dealer make sure their license copy is sent with the firearm and that we have a form with your name and contact information along with information on the firearm you purchased. If being sent by a private individual we need a copy of their valid state photo id along with the firearm information.
What do I need to bring with me?
A valid state photo ID with your current physical address on it. If your ID only has a mailing address we need a form with your name on it and your current physical address. IDs that have been tampered with, voided, expired, or without current address will not be accepted.
Bring the transfer fee in cash
Anything you will need to fill out an electronic 4473 form including eyewear if needed.
We reserve the right to not transfer a firearm to anyone.
